I have studied with David Perry, Kathleen Winkler (notable pupils of most distinguished pedagogues, Dorothy Delay at Juilliard School and Josef Gingold at Indiana University respectively), Felicia Moye (an assistant of Ivan Galamian at Juilliard School, currently a Professor at McGil University), Oleh Krysa (a prominent student of the legendary David Oistrakh), and Alyce Cognetta Berts (a student of Syoko Aki of the Yale University.)

It has been rewarding to work with students of various ages and stages of development. My experiences in this area diverse: instructing general music elements in elementary school outreach programs; coaching string sectionals in youth orchestras; coaching chamber music groups from youth to college level; and mentoring students of all ages individually, ranging from beginner to advanced levels of performance proficiency.

All my students enjoy making music. Some of them have been accepted to Havard University,  Rice University,  UBC, University of Toronto, Waterloo, UW-Madison, Seoul National University, Kun Kook University etc..
